Position deviation exceeded the limit while the axis should be stationary.
Check first
- Horizontal axes only: lock out, release brake, turn ballscrew by hand
- Support vertical axes before any brake work
- Compare parameter 1829 with backup
Common causes
- Mechanical binding (ballscrew, ways)
- Brake not releasing
- Low servo gain
- Amplifier or motor fault
